Start with your Statement of Attainment
The plastic card is proof of training, not the training itself. The primary record is your Statement of Attainment for CPCWHS1001, issued by your Registered Training Organisation and linked to your Unique Student Identifier. Get a copy of that first — it is usually enough to keep working while a replacement card is in the post.
If you trained with us, call 1300 335 011 or email info@whitecardwebinars.com.au with your full name and date of birth and we will reissue your Statement of Attainment. You can also download every nationally recognised qualification you hold from your USI account transcript.

Working while you wait
Most principal contractors will accept a Statement of Attainment together with photo identification at induction while a replacement card is being processed, because that is exactly what they check against the regulator’s records anyway — see how employers verify a White Card. Check with the site supervisor before your first shift rather than turning up and hoping.
One thing that would force a redo
Losing the card never triggers retraining, but a two-year break from construction work does. If it has been a long time between jobs, read whether a White Card expires before you pay for a replacement you may not be able to use.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to redo the course if I lost my White Card?
No. Your training is permanently recorded, so you apply for a replacement card from the regulator that issued it rather than sitting the course again.
How much does a replacement White Card cost?
Replacement fees are set by each regulator and are modest — far less than a new course. Access Canberra, SafeWork NSW and WorkSafe Queensland publish current fees on their websites.
How long does a replacement take to arrive?
Most replacements are posted within two to four weeks. In the meantime, a Statement of Attainment with photo ID is accepted at induction on most sites.
I trained with White Card Webinars — can you help?
Yes. Contact us on 1300 335 011 or info@whitecardwebinars.com.au and we can reissue your Statement of Attainment, which is what most regulators and builders ask for first.
What if I can’t remember which state issued my card?
Think back to where you were living or working when you trained, then contact that regulator. If you trained with us, we can look up your record and tell you.
What details do I need to apply?
Generally your full name, date of birth, the approximate date of training, your training provider, your USI and photo identification.
