What is the delivery method for your ACT White Card training?

Our ACT White Card training is delivered via an online assessment followed by a live Zoom session with an accredited trainer. You first complete the CPCWHS1001 learning and multiple-choice assessment at your own pace with no upfront payment. Once you finish, you book a 30-minute Zoom session where you show your ID and answer a few required questions.

Is an online White Card valid in ACT?

Yes, as long as it meets WorkSafe ACT requirements. Our course uses a structured online assessment plus a live Zoom session with a real trainer, which satisfies WorkSafe ACT standards for General Construction Induction (CPCWHS1001). Once you receive your Statement of Attainment you can use it to obtain your official ACT White Card through Access Canberra.

Do I need to live in Canberra to do this?

No. Because the assessment and trainer session are 100% online we train people across the ACT — Canberra, Belconnen, Tuggeranong, Gungahlin, Woden Valley and Weston Creek. As long as you are in the ACT (or planning to work there) with a reliable internet connection and suitable device, you can complete the course from home or work.

How much is the ACT White Card course?

How long does the course take?

Common Questions

Access Canberra is the ACT Government's service agency and it issues the physical ACT White Card. Once we email your CPCWHS1001 Statement of Attainment, you lodge it with Access Canberra — online or at a service centre — along with proof of identity. They verify the qualification and produce your card. There is a small government fee for card issuance that is separate from your course price.

It was about as good an experience as i feel these skrts of things can be. Whikst i will admit i do not enjoy web seminar related things. The staff were proffessional and good at what they do.
